Ronnie is a junior pursuing a BSE in Computer Science with an accelerated master’s in Computer Science. In the lab, his work is computational, blending data science and machine learning: he explores and adapts transformer-based single-cell models for cell-type annotation, perturbation-response prediction, gene network inference, and related tasks.
